Lisbon To Manchester

Manchester United is on the verge of acquiring another talented young player from Portugal. Despite his team's loss in the UEFA Champions League, Miguel Veloso's composed performance has further impressed the already admiring eyes of United's top coaching brass.

Suitors are also wooing him from Arsenal, Real Madrid and Inter Milan, but the 21-year-old Portuguese has made it clear that should he move away from Lisbon, Manchester United is the
only club he wants to be at.

Sporting Lisbon manager Paulo Bento himself admitted that Sporting would have a tough time holding on to the talented midfielder.

With fellow Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo & Nani already at Man.United, Miguel Veloso should have no problems settling into the squad. Veloso would make a great long term replacement for Paul Scholes.
